the 12-step session

Today we are going to do a simple 12 step practice sequence to lengthen the body as we recover from our sun salutation challenge!

In the session I will be using blocks and a blanket.  As usual you can use a towel for the blanket and you can use a thick book or a strong Tupperware container as your block for today.
