the shoulder session

Today we are going to focus on strengthening the arms and shoulders as well as strengthening the spinal muscles.

I will be using a belt, block and a bolster in this session. If you don’t have a belt or a block you can just leave them out.  In place of the bolster, use some folded up towels or blankets instead.
