This Sunday we will begin the last day of the week This Sunday we will begin the last day of the weekend with a deeply supported and restorative practice using props to quieten the nervous system, encourage passive opening, and promote recovery and renewal. Such an AMAZING few days. Here she was showing us how to best help our students progress with their forward bends when the hamstrings are tight....
